Veterinary-Client-Patient-Relationship (VCPR)

Our veterinarians at Borador Animal Hospital, PC can only dispense prescription medications to clients who maintain a valid VCPR.  A VCPR is considered valid when the animal receiving the prescribed medication has been examined by Dr. Menard within the past 12 months.  This policy is required by the FDA and veterinarians who provide these products without maintaining a valid VCPR risk having their professional licenses revoked.
